If your club relies on a school that is routinely cancelling "after-school activities" due to the heat, please have your club President contact them ASAP and appeal to them to not include evening activities in this closure.  Explain:

• The conditions at 7pm and beyond are not the same as "after-school".
• You have a valid reservation
• You carry your own insurance (assuming you do)
• The league has rules to safeguard the players.

If you are unsuccessful, you must report your field closure to the league EACH DAY so that games can be postponed and referees notified, etc.
